I’m Bonnie, therapist and owner of Amdur Integrative Psychotherapy. I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Seattle. I am licensed to practice counseling in the state of Washington. My professional life has followed a multidisciplinary path, beginning with undergraduate studies in art and philosophy. Before becoming a therapist, my career was in sustainable design research and consulting, working to align human wellbeing and environmental health through design of the built environment. Thinking holistically and systemically about creative adaptation and flourishing has been central throughout these varied yet interconnected areas of focus. My therapeutic approach is deeply informed by the perspectives and thought processes gleaned from those experiences. Originally from Northern Virginia, I’ve been lucky to call the Pacific Northwest home for more than 35 years.
